The Science of Life 6-week Ayurveda Wellness Series will teach you how to confidently and intentionally live your most whole + vibrant life.
All through making subtle shifts to the things you already do to initiate ultimate happiness in every facet of who you are.
During this course, we’ll explore a unique re-imaging of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom so that you - the busy modern-day human - can be inspired with fun hacks to your health and happiness:
Understand your unique mind/body personality type and learn to leverage your your strengths and talents in new, creative ways
Increase energy, longevity and vibrancy in your mind, body and spirit
Create an intentional, personalized daily wellness ritual using color, sound, food, breath and movement as medicine

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Monica Graves is an international Speaker, Educator and Mind/Body Wellness Consultant for the busy, soulful, modern-day human who understands that in order to do better on the outside, we must feel better on the inside.
She spent 7 years as a Vedic Master Educator and Retreat Host at The Chopra Center for Wellbeing in California -- under the mentorship of Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Simon and many other world- renowned visionaries -- before launching her company Soulbare Wellness in 2015.
Monica's unique, interactive programs pull from 15 years of study in global health and well-being traditions. They are each designed to further her simple, yet profound, mission -- to instigate healthy, whole, vibrant living within each and every person she meets.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A SESSION?
It’s highly encouraged to prioritize being there live for each of the 6 classes. Due to the interactive nature of this series, you'll get the most out of it by being there in person.
And that said, we understand that life happens!
If you miss a session, you’ll receive a recording of the lecture and Q&A, along with any relevant handouts and/or course materials. I’ll also be available to answer any questions you may have to fill in the gaps :)
