Hey there, I’m Monica!

Throughout the past 20 years of my career, life has taken me on an epic ride… from teaching at prestigious wellness centers and studying with world-renowned visionaries, to living as an intentional nomad immersed in the indigenous cultures of Central America, to leading transformational events for thousands of people around the world.

I am fascinated by the juxtaposition of wisdom and practicality. I love taking philosophies that are timeless and making them usable in the ever-evolving realities of daily life and leadership. My work is about supporting individuals and organizations with experiential education that feels alive, accessible, and authentically human.
