Punta Caracol connects guests to a pure and intimate experience with nature in a place of singular beauty where they can relax in comfort. Built over the Caribbean Sea, along a mile long coral reefed coast, Punta Caracol is constructed using the traditional methods of the Archipelago: each handsomely crafted cabin is built upon stilts which support a wooden frame over the water and covered by a palm leaf roof – an unforgettable habitat congruent with the native communities of the region.
Renewable energy systems and natural building materials offered by the rich nature of the region were used to create this sustainable, eco-friendly haven. The result is a warm close-to-nature ambience that takes us back to our origins.

I spent 6.5 years as a Vedic Master Educator and Retreat Host at The Chopra Center for Wellbeing in Carlsbad, CA - a world-renowned center for Ayurveda, Meditation, Yoga and the Healing Arts.
I launched my company Soulbare Wellness in 2015 to bring my signature sense of health + wellbeing to all corners of the globe. It is such an honor to now share it - with YOU - in the stunning space of Bocas del Toro.

FAQS and NEED-TO-KNOW DETAILS
When does the retreat begin and end?
Registration and check-in is rolling on Saturday, Dec 4.
Book you flight to arrive any time. Though of course, the earlier the better!
We will have multiple shuttles options running throughout the day from the airport to our loft in the city.
The retreat “technically” ends at 4pm on Friday, Dec 10 when we land back in Panama City.
You can book your flight home anytime Saturday, Dec 11. We will have multiple shuttles running back to the airport.
How do I get there?
Fly in/out of Tocumen International Airport (PTY) per the retreat schedule above. We do require your travel arrangements to be made no later than October 31, 2021 so we have ample time to coordinate ground transportation.
What should I bring to the retreat?
Great question! The following are Must-Have's:
Comfy Clothes! In which you can move well, breathe well, and just BE.
Bathing suit(s) and beach cover-up(s)
An ALL WHITE outfit for our celebration dinner
Tennis shoes for our jungle hike
I promise, the “hike” is very moderate and super short!A small bag or daypack for our inter-island adventures
Toiletries and your own personal essentials
A Sacred Item for our Retreat Altar
Anything special and sweet that represents a piece of your heart... a crystal, a special photo, a souvenir, spiritual momento, family heirloom, etc.Any extras that will make your experience more playful and joyous!

Pants/shorts for our embodied yoga movement sessions.
Though you’re more than welcome to be in your suit/coverup if preferred!Two outfits for our dinners out in Casco Viejo, Panama City. You’re welcome to keep it casual or get fancy, anything goes in Casco! Def do NOT recommend heels though ladies… the streets are cobblestone ;)

Special Retreat Journal upon arrival (spoiler alert!), so no need to bring a notebook.

What's the weather situation?
Expect temps of 80+++ degrees during the day and mid 70's at night. Plan accordingly.
Do I *have* to participate in every activity?
This is YOUR retreat. You are the Shaman, you are the Guru, you are the Nurturer of your own Soul. If something doesn't feel like a Freak Yes!, then feel free to sit it out and enjoy space.
That said, we will be there to instigate each of you to push past the boundaries of what's comfortable and flirt with the unknown, the terrain where true awakening and transformation take place. You'll thank us later ;)
What is the cancellation policy?
The initial deposit of $1500 is non-refundable at any time.
This covers our administration fees on the back-end.
As for the remainder of retreat costs paid --
Cancellations made on or before August 31, 2021 will receive 50% cash refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made after September 1, 2021 will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
