eden is a12-month virtual interactive experience in which we come together as a global community to practice, release, connect with spirit, understand ourselves more deeply, and bring our biggest dreams to life.

It’s a bit like school, but not in the traditional sense.

Through guided ceremonies, meditations, movement practices and soul community - you begin to discover the Teacher in everything within and around you.

You’ll learn new ways to live in ritual alignment with the rhythms of nature. So that life feels more intentional and fluid and yes - easier!

You’ll understand how to fully embrace the ebbs and flows of your own moods and motivations, as you connect deeply with the wisdom of the seasons, the tides, the seamless transition from day to night, the cycles of the moon.

This is a space where you're invited to shift from the "doing" of your spiritual practice of self-inquiry... to the BEING. The embodiment. The deep soul transformation of Becoming that is so subtle, yet so profound.

This is a return to YOUR true nature and the fullness of who you are as a human being... as you learn to harness the wisdom of every layer of who you are.

eden features 3 different price points and levels of participation to meet you where you’re at:

TIER 1 :: PLANTING SEEDS

This tier is for you if you've felt challenged with starting and/or staying consistent with your spiritual practice.

You desire a supportive community in which you can focus on building a strong foundation of holistic wellbeing.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

1. Quarterly Group Ceremonies with rituals to nourish and rejuvenate your Body, Mind, Heart and Home. These 2-hr Live sessions will be aligned with the Spring/Fall Equinox and the Summer/Winter Solstice.

2. Monthly Movement Flow. These short pre-recorded classes will be a combination of traditional yoga postures and ecstatic dance to help you move stuck emotion and liberate your energy.

3. Weekly Meditation Circles. 45 minute Live sessions to help you commit to your practice and connect with your community. Offered at rotating times each week to accommodate everyone's schedule.

4. Private FB community with a vibrant sisterhood and Q&A threads to provide accountability, camaraderie and support for your practices.

Tier 2 :: Tending Garden

This tier is for you if you're ready to go deeper. You want to finally understand the root cause of your stressors and imbalances.

You have recurring challenges in your Body (digestion, sleep patterns, skin, etc), Mind (negative self-talk, excessive worry, misguided anger), and/or Spirit (uncertainty of life purpose, indifference, separation from pleasure)... and you've reached a point in life where you feel enough is enough! You're ready to embark on a true journey of feeling healthy, whole, well and free.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

1. All program components listed in Tier 1 above.

2. Monthly Spiritual Mentorship Calls. These 2-hour Live sessions will be a combination of wisdom teachings (Ayurveda, conscious communication, shadow work, emotional release, female pleasure and sensuality, etc.) and Live Q&A coaching where you can ask ANYTHING and be expertly guided in creating a supportive action plan.

3. Loads of additional resources to support your journey such as: Guest Expert Speakers, recipes, self-care tools, remote energy healings, and other occasional surprises ;)

Tier 3 :: Harvesting Fruit

This tier is for you if you understand the power of group experiences, but also crave the individualized attention of 1:1 support.

You desire a private, loving, non-judgmental space where you can safely unpack your deepest blocks and triggers, so that you can heal them once and for all. You know you've been holding yourself back from your big dreams long enough and finally ready to be the best version of yourself, now and forever!

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

1. All programs components listed in Tiers 1 + 2 above

2. 2-hour Vision Creation Session. In this 1:1 deep dive session, I'll guide you through a process I call '360 Life Assessment.' We'll take a look at where you are now in the 8 major sectors of your life, and clarify your vision of where you desire to be. We'll create a soul-based action plan to move your forward with grace, ease, speed, joy and love.

3. Six (6) 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions that can be used anytime throughout the year.

4. Four (4) quarterly Rituals Kits -- full of personalized, hand-selected healing tools and spiritual products to support your journey. This will very per season, and may include things like books, oracle cards, essential oils, crystals, tinctures, etc.
