Set your goals + intentions.
Set up your home + kitchen.
Set up your journal + planning systems.
We begin this entire process with ample time to get you set up for total success - both internally and externally.
This cleanse is not “easy” exactly, but it’s really not hard either. It just requires a little bit of devotion. Our first stage together will help you identify your blocks and excuses BEFORE they try to sabotage you during the cleanse, so that you’ll be better equipped with the wisdom to know how to handle them in the moment.
stage 2 – The Cleanse
Nutrition, Movement, Mindfulness

We get to it! There may be moments that you hate me, but by the end you’ll absolutely love me. Pinky swear :)
The nutrition plan eliminates ALL of those naughty inflammatory foods such as sugars, carbs, alcohol, beans (yes, even beans – these babies create crazy bloating in the system).
It favors all natural, whole foods. Mostly vegetables and lean proteins, with complex carbs added in along the way (think rolled oats, sweet potatoes, quinoa).
There will be short periods of fasting to aid your digestive reset. Trust me, you’ll LOVE this!
And yes – coffee is still allowed :)
You’ll receive several sample menus to inspire your meal planning and make the process as easy peezy as possible. This is NOT a vegetarian cleanse, though modifications can be made for veg if desired.
Daily simple walking and brief mindfulness practices are highly encouraged for best results.
And in the middle of week 2, I’ll offer a short (yet powerful) cardio/strength component for those interested.
