Welcome to Punta Caracol: Your Home Sweet Home
Punta Caracol connects guests to a pure and intimate experience with nature in a place of singular beauty where they can relax in comfort. Built over the Caribbean Sea, along a mile long coral reefed coast, Punta Caracol is constructed using the traditional methods of the Archipelago.
Each handsomely crafted cabin is built upon stilts which support a wooden frame over the water and covered by a palm leaf roof – an unforgettable habitat congruent with the native communities of the region.
Renewable energy systems and natural building materials offered by the rich nature of the region were used to create this sustainable, eco-friendly haven. The result is a warm close-to-nature ambience that takes us back to our origins.

Our Punta Caracol private accommodation offers each guest a tranquil, rejuvenating experience. The bungalow consists of two stories and two sunrise/sunset terraces with chaise lounges and a hammock. There’s a platform at the water’s surface with stairs for direct access to the crystal clear waters and private coral reefs. You'll receive your own snorkel so you can dive right in and explore! The king size bed is located in the upper room, from where you can enjoy an incredible view of the bay through an ingenious window through the palm roof. The lower level features a private bathroom and spacious seating area. Free access to high-speed wifi internet.

Our Luna Suite shared accommodation is the perfect space for two guests to relax, unwind and create their retreat sanctuary. The bungalow consists of two stories and two sunrise/sunset terraces with chaise lounges and a hammock. There’s also a platform at the water’s surface with stairs for direct access to the crystal clear waters and private coral reefs. You'll receive your own snorkel so you can dive right in and explore! The king size bed is located in the upper room, from where you can enjoy an incredible view of the bay through an ingenious window through the palm roof. The lower level features a private bathroom and two single beds. Free access to high-speed wifi internet.

FAQs + Need-to-Know Details
When does the retreat begin and end?
Registration and check-in begins at 2pm on Sunday.
We kick-off with opening ceremony at 6pm that evening.
Our retreat “officially” ends the evening of Friday with our closing ceremony.
You’ll enjoy a leisurely Saturday morning at the lodge and are welcome to check-out anytime you like - at or before 11am.
We will have multiple boat shuttles options running throughout the day to transport you to/from the lodge. Timing will depend on your flights booked. We are more than happy to support with travel plans, just ask!
How do I get there?
Fly in/out of Bocas del Toro Airport (BOC) per the retreat schedule above. We do require your travel arrangements to be made no later than Sep 30, 2022 so we have ample time to coordinate boat transportation.
What should I bring to the retreat?
Great question! The following are Must-Have's:
Comfy Clothes! In which you can move well, breathe well, and just BE.
Bathing suit(s) and beach cover-up(s)
An ALL WHITE outfit for our celebration dinner
Tennis shoes for our jungle hike
I promise, the “hike” is very moderate and super short!A small bag or daypack for our inter-island adventures
Toiletries and your own personal essentials
A Sacred Item for our Retreat Altar
Anything special and sweet that represents a piece of your heart... a crystal, a special photo, a souvenir, spiritual momento, family heirloom, etc.Any extras that will make your experience more playful and joyous!

Things you may desire to have:
Pants/shorts for our embodied yoga movement sessions.
Though you’re more than welcome to be in your suit/coverup if preferred!Two outfits for our dinners out in Casco Viejo, Panama City. You’re welcome to keep it casual or get fancy, anything goes in Casco! Def do NOT recommend heels though ladies… the streets are cobblestone ;)

Mats for yoga/movement sessions
Special Retreat Journal upon arrival (spoiler alert!), so no need to bring a notebook.
Of course, if you have a special personal journal or pen, feel free.
What's the weather situation?
Expect temps of 80+++ degrees during the day and mid 70's at night. Plan accordingly.
Do I *have* to participate in every activity?
This is YOUR retreat. You are the Shaman, you are the Guru, you are the Nurturer of your own Soul. If something doesn't feel like a Freak Yes!, then feel free to sit it out and enjoy space.
That said, we will be there to instigate each of you to push past the boundaries of what's comfortable and flirt with the unknown, the terrain where true awakening and transformation take place. You'll thank us later ;)
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made on or before July 31, 2022 will receive 50% cash refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made after August 1, 2022 will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
