LOCH LOMOND · 3 NIGHTS

"Who am I when I am not defined by what I do?"

Slow down. Release the pace of ordinary life. Begin noticing again. Nestled in the historic Cameron House, a restored 17th-century baronial estate on the shores of Loch Lomond, the work is not yet forward-facing — it is inward and upward. This chapter is brought to life by a 4×4 expedition through the ancient Highland landscape, a Scottish woodsman encounter, private sound bath, thermal spas, decadent massage, and proper afternoon high tea in the Grand Hall overlooking the loch.

Most of us think of legacy as what remains when we're gone. What we'd like to suggest — what Scotland has a way of making visible — is that legacy is also

THE DISTILLATION · 1 DAY IN MOTION

"What will I carry forward and what will I leave behind?”

In Scottish distilling, raw grain becomes something of extraordinary depth through the application of two elements: heat and time. In the middle of the retreat, as we move from Glasgow to Edinburgh, you’ll spend the afternoon at Glengoyne Distillery, where a master distiller will share meaningful lessons in patience, transformation, and the magic that can only happen when you do not rush. What was excavated at Loch Lomond distills, making way for a new truth to become clear.

EDINBURGH · 3 NIGHTS

"What do I want this next chapter of my life to stand for?"

Arrive in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Edinburgh, where the threads of the week begin weaving together. Here, you’ll synthesize what has been revealed and find language for the chapter ahead. Stay at Virgin Hotels in the heart of the iconic Victoria Street, and enjoy the perfect blend of luxurious free time with structured activity - including a Scottish handbag-making workshop, Perthshire nature immersion, and a farm-to-table feast at Ballintaggart Farm, stewarded by the same family for generations.

The Letter You May Not Open for Years

On your final afternoon in Scotland, you'll be guided through a meaningful ritual that is the culmination of everything we’ve building toward throughout the week. Through provocative prompts, you’ll craft a handwritten letter of legacy and love to the woman you are becoming.

This is not a mission statement, a checklist, or a promise to do more.

It is a heartfelt record of what became unmistakably clear during your time in Scotland. It’s a stake in the ground for exactly how you desire to show up in the next chapter of your life.
